areas! Since starting in business, Bill and associates have performed over 6000 inspections.
Bill also founded a national home inspection association (American Institute of Inspectors) and has trained thousands
of inspectors nationwide. Bill turned over the Sacramento area operations to his daughter,
Sarah, in 1996 when he moved to Las Vegas. Sarah continues to perform inspections in Sacramento, while Bill pursues
his forte of authoring techincal training manuals, newsletters, and material for the home inspection and building industry
