What is the definition of
a Pre-acquisition Site Assessment inspection? A Pre-Acquisition Site Assessment (PASA) is
a physical inspection of the property and subsequent report will include a visual evaluation of the Roofing, Plumbing, Heating
& Cooling equipment, Electrical, Structural components, Health and Safety issues, Security, Fire Suppression, Parking
and Grounds, and review of ADA requirements. In short, a PASA is a starting point document for resolving the "due
diligence" questions about investment property.
