Why is a Mobile Home Inspection Different? . While there are several aspects of a mobile
home that are the same as a single family residential dwelling, there are many items that are different and distinctive to
a mobile or manufactured home. . The
crawl space and structure are constructed differently. Gas appliances have different requirements. Roofing is
often metal or other material. And there are health and safety items that are specific to Mobile Homes.
Why do I need a Health and Safety Inspection
and what is it? In many cases, Mobile home parks and management are
requiring that a health and safety inspection be performed and that the home "pass" the inspection before it can
be sold or even just transfering title. . A Health and Safety inspection is a shorter inspection that reviews and reports on those items that are specific
to Mobile/Manufactured homes under Title 25 in the State of California. The inspection takes about an hour and a typed
two page report is produced. . Please
see the coupon page for current rates for Health and Safety Inspections.
